1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing logicprocessline.click or using Logic Process Line, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software. Additional terms presented by a third-party store may also apply to obtaining or installing the application.
2. Description of the software
Logic Process Line is local data tracking and analytical software intended to organise information from compatible CSV portfolio exports and present structured summaries for informational and record-keeping purposes.
The software is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform or payment service. It does not hold, custody or process funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, connect wallets or execute transactions.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website and software lawfully for personal data organisation, analytical review and record-keeping, subject to these Terms and any applicable store licence. You are responsible for obtaining CSV files lawfully, maintaining appropriate backups and checking the accuracy and suitability of source records.
4. Prohibited use
You must not misuse the website or software; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; use the software to break applicable law; misrepresent its output as verified financial advice; or reverse engineer it except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
You must not present Logic Process Line as an official Binance or Microsoft product or use it to impersonate a financial service.
5. Intellectual property
The website, software, original text, visual design and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted for ordinary use, no ownership interest is transferred to you.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited and is referenced solely to indicate compatibility. Logic Process Line is not a Binance product and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd.
6. Source records and responsibility
Summaries depend on the content, format and completeness of the CSV selected by the user. Logic Process Line does not independently verify exported records against an exchange, correct the source account or guarantee that a file is complete. You remain responsible for checking records and retaining originals.
7. No financial, investment, tax or legal advice
Information displayed by the software is descriptive and intended for personal record-keeping. Nothing on the website or in the software is financial, investment, tax or legal advice; a recommendation; a forecast; or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold an asset. Seek appropriately qualified advice for decisions requiring professional judgement.
8. No wallet, custody or transaction function
Logic Process Line does not provide wallet functionality, store private keys, take custody of assets, facilitate deposits or withdrawals, transfer cryptocurrency or place orders. It cannot act on records shown in a summary.
9. Third-party services
Links may lead to third-party websites, including the Microsoft Store homepage. Third parties control their own availability, content, terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement. Logic Process Line is not responsible for third-party services.
10. Availability and changes to the software
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features or website content. Compatibility can be affected by changes in third-party export formats or operating environments. We do not promise continuous availability or support for every file format or device.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent legally permitted, including satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free imports or complete summaries.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logic Process Line will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss or corruption of data, or decisions made using an informational summary. Users should preserve original exports and suitable backups.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the website, software or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the law and courts that cannot contractually be displaced. Where England and Wales law and jurisdiction may validly be selected, those laws apply and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
